★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love takeaways more than I should but after $30 spent chips couple burgers fritters and fish .. honestly only because it's friday night and they have just closed I would have taken the lot back. Totally uneatable and that's no lie totally disgusting and wouldn't give it to my dog. how do they stay in business .... They used to be good apparently..check out the photos...

Tried it: the fish has too much flour in it, the fish fillet is only a very thin slice. Definitely a good choice to make you full at low price, not a good quality fish and chip

We usually request for the fish to be pan-fried (without batter) with reasonable extra charge. The chips are great and the burger excellent. Value for money!
I don't know why people gave low stars here, but our experience has been great ? ? ?
Would recommend this place and wish the owner the best of luck with their business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 4 dishes from here yesterday - fish swt n sour, chkn blk bean,chkn frd rice, steamed rice. Best dish was steamed rice...not joking. Fish was mostly batter, fried rice was clumpy n sticky and chicken in blk bean tasted odd. First and last visit here. Possibly one of the worst tasting chinese food in Auckland. There are much better chines food options in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place to get sea dogs well I’ve always been an avid fan of them and omfg??they still taste the same like it was only yesterday? I went a fortnight ago and it bought back so many memories of yester year. They make amazing food and it’s good to know it’s the same owners. If you’re out this way this is a must go to takeaway after a night of partying?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try to support local but the food here was RUBBISH!!!!! Fish and fritters were hard as a rock and had hardly any meat in my steak and egg buger. Only ate the chips cause we were hungry. $40 gone down the toilet ?????? back to Green Jade
