★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally gutted at the lack of empathy shown towards us. We hired a shed and 11 days later cancelled due to finding a rental and no longer required. Our rental period had not started yet and was still almost two weeks away. They kept our first months rent anyway. Yes it’s per contract but it still nice when businesses do the right thing. Their offering was that “they would not hold us to the 3 month minimum hire” considering the hire period had not begun this was of no consequence.
