★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the sister of Michael who you recovered from near Kennedy Bay yesterday. On behalf of our family I would like to thank you for your enormous help in sacrificing your Christmas Day to help with the search for him. We are obviously traumatized with this tragic outcome but grateful for your efforts. We are in Melbourne and can’t come home to mourn with our family due to NZ Govt restrictions. It will make a very long healing process. A family tragedy.
