★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received the worst customer service today at any of the BP’s around New Zealand, and we have travelled from Cape Reinga to Invercargill.
Was served by a lady that was wearing a manager badge on her shirt. She shouldn’t be front of house serving customers when she rolls her eyes at customer questions.
If this lady is the manager it is a bad representation of BP, and she maybe letting down the friendly culture of the ashburton community.
