★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a zero star I would. Firstly, the builder didn’t turn up on the day we had booked for the quote (he wrote the wrong day down)
After he came for the quote on an alternate day, there was no communication. I called 4 days later and the receptionist said it may take a few days for the quote but that she would follow it up. 2 weeks on and still no response. I have called x2 more times and left a message but no response. This company has Really bad customer service and I wouldn’t recommend. You will be chasing your tail
