★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advertised event parking for spark arena. Drove in along with many other only to be told on the upper levels that there was no parking. Jaw droppingly they still continued to let people in instead of closing. Biggest waste of 45 mins in my life. Rather use britomart Valete parking service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was broken into twice at the car park. Saw other cars got broken into too. I would give them zero rating for not having a CCTV footage but charges over $200 a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not a safe place to park. My car was broken into about 2 months ago. Emailed them immediately to ask if they had any CCTV footage, I haven't heard from them since. I also reported to the Police but nothing was done. So park at your own risk!
