★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nasty and filthy. Elevator dodgy. Standing water on bottom floor walk way entrance. Certainly needs a "facelift" as it shows its lack of care and upkeep.

Also the p/h rates are exorbitant - I arrived at 5.50pm on a Tuesday as I had to run into a shop that closed at 6pm (most shops in this area are shut by this time anyway) and still had to pay $4 - because you can only park by the hour, which is ridiculous but I guess it's how they unashamedly take your money.
