I purchased and paid for a large budda statue and advised the man at the counter of the date we intended to pickup as proper transportation was required to transport the statue to my personal residence. When I returned on the date to pickup the budda, the man advised and even insisted we paid for another unrelated statue, even though he took adequate details at the time of payment. We had to end up paying additional for the statue we wanted. Worse still, when we asked for assistance to load the statue onto our vehicle, he said all of his staff were busy, and I saw 2-3 staff member sitting around doing nothing. He then proceeded to insult us and walked off without providing additional assistance. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
