★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busiest Bakery I've ever seen. Fried chicken juicy and clean (oil). Pies have perfect jelly to meat ratio, good luck getting some of the fresh bread!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creambun and steak and cheese pies are great, best time to get them is around midday when a fresh batch is out. Be advised that they have not been consistently getting an A hygiene rating over the years and have even gotten Ds and Es.

Great to have on a cold winters day and/ or if feeling hungry.
Ordered an apple pie- it was great but had too much cream for my liking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to try the chocolate cake that is raved about on here. The bakery seems okay, very small though but easy to find. Parking is quite odd as it is on a tilt and staff are good. Tried the mud cake on its and the mud cake with cream, definitely prefer the one with cream more as it dilutes the sweetness of the cake. For those that still want to enjoy cakes but don't like too much sugar, then this is a good choice.
