★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never send your child here. No wonder a child got drunk under their care on sanitiser. My autistic son was bitten three times, which then taught him to bite himself! Jackie the owner doesn't care, we simply had her laugh at my partner and say 'sorry about the bite' which was caused by a child who got sent home because of it (2nd bite in a week! 3 bites in 10 days overall... The last MAY have been him biting himself... Which was learnt at this daycare) The centre has terrible resources for children... Less than 10 terribly kept books... Toys just thrown anywhere, had no full sets of toys or places to put them. Yet the owner has a flash new Holden she drives... The front spring gate is broken, the spring doesn't make the gate close, noone including parents shut it & this center is 2 houses down from a 70km road with trucks travelling it frequently during the day, the inside gate keeping kids from leaving (the front door handle is at 3yr old height) is barely shut either. I'm surprised they haven't had more accidents owner got mad at me for choosing a MUCH BETTER center for our son & since he's changed centers, no biting at all, learning & toileting better as there's no gate stopping him from accessing the toilet on his own and he is non verbal so had to wait for them to notice his queues, social activities and making tons of friends & he has started saying WORDS! and his whole general attitude at home has become better, he's now much easier to handle after a few weeks away from this center. Just go elsewhere, sub par care of your child isn't worth it. It's like their core values are to just keep the kids alive... Not much else.
-edited to add, I just got a phone call from Jackie - 2pm on a Saturday. She had no Intentions of civilly discussing this review. She simply called me a liar, saying my son bit himself all 3 times (her own staff filled out incident reports for the first 2) and threatened me with lawyers. Oh and defending her car of choice, nothing defending her own center. I would never suggest this center to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing preschool. I send all 3 of my young children here. My children have been thriving and always come home and tell me they have been painting,planting plants,baking and most Importantly having fun in a safe environment with their friends. Would highly recommend Woodhouse ?
