Excellent plumber. Rung up in the morning and they showed up that afternoon at the exact time they said they would. Highly recommended.

The service was excellent, we contacted them about a leaking hot water cylinder, within 24 the whole system was completely replaced including wiring, every staff member was polite, punctual and knowledgeable, I will be recommendeding the business to anyone in need, thanks guys

i cannot reccomend Shaun's work highly enough. we have 65 stores nationaly and needed help in Levin with a site we have there. one call to shaun and he looked after everything for us. he delivered over and above for me, it was only a small job removing a sink but having removed it he gibbed the wall and the got the right size of skirting board that he had to hunt down and get cut to match! this guy is a real professional that takes pride in his work. ive never met him but he communicated well by phone and email and that standard of his work was excellent. i reccomend him to anyone who is looking for a great job as i have since seen the work on a visit after he had completed.

Shaun Installed a mains pressure hot water cylinder in my home. Outstanding workmanship job done to a very high standard, he showed up when he said and my shower now has mains pressure the difference is night and day. If you need a plumber give Shaun a call :)

After a poor experinece with Kingston and Kemp I tied this outfit. Was told (not.asked, told as they were busy) to call back 4-6 weeks later. Called back 5 weeks later and provided photos of the various jobs. Was told that a part wss required for one of the jobs ... not the main job and didnt fix the fact I wasnt getting water flowing (bach) that it was $500 for a particular part. I said lets discuss once he was on site which was arranged and no show. Since then no response at all. Good luck with this cowboy!! Levin Plumbers are a discrace. Clearly too much work and profit to offer a reasonable service for a $1000 job. Really disappointed. Getting a Wellington plumber to travel instead. Honestly? In response to yours 28th Sep so people know what they are dealing with: I had a job to put in water diverters for a water tank as the previous plumbers had cut the water down pipes and haven't been back after 8 commitments to be on site as agreed. Enough was enough there. You asked me to come back in 4-6 weeks. I called back 5 weeks later. You stated you would go onsite and have a look. I called and texted numerous times without a response. I finally got hold of you and you stated you would go on-site the following day. Nothing for a week. I called numerous times, left messages and finally you answered. You said you would be on-site the following day … nothing. I sent photos of the job in an effort to get some action. You called me (for the first time) and stated a gas part was $500. As this was a side job along with an aluminium stand for the gas bottle, I said "lets discuss when we are on-site" Since then you have not responded to calls or texts since. As to your quote .. you stated you needed to go onsite to quote. In the call you said $500 for a part of which I wasn't familiar. This isn't a "quote". I was not rude, I was not negative, I was not abrupt. As stated I am disappointed after dealing with Wellington and Hutt based tradies for 35 years owning dozens of rentals. As to your comments about me, I have no doubt you will again call me into disrepute. It appears to be your style. You got this very wrong and I suspect a little embarrassed so have come out fighting. I do get that to a point. My view is the job wasn't worth a lot to you so you threw a figure at me and as I didn't say yes (as I didn't know what it was or for) you just didn't respond any longer. If so, say so. Be honest with me and up front. Instead you have acted poorly and unprofessionally here. My last text to you said "Can I please get a response or something? I don't believe I have done anything wrong here?" That's the facts folks!
