I get the same answer eveytime and is still no help.my problem is i have been wanting food assistance but have been told im in the RED.i get paid 56 dollars and so much cents and i am supposed to live on that amount..so i am sitting here with no food, stomach rumbling and no help. My 56 dollars that i get from you guys pays for my globug account and Home Direct..So i have been told to read the LEGISLATION and i will be and will also be laying a complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cordial, efficient and effective welcoming team (Covid 'checkin).
Primary receptionist also somewhat amiable, pleasant and good listener.
Next level up team member was polite - but ineffective and not very helpful for me. Several documents were intended for the benefit of the WINZ's operational benefit. A few were, hoped-for beneficial for me. To be told "I'll file it" is not what I expected to hear. I felt fobbed off and somewhat disrespected (again).
Wow... (I should know better, but, still) ... disappointed.
