About Workbridge – Napier
The bridge symbolises not only a connection of two sides, employer and employee, but also the solution to a situation.
The bridge is constructed of two interlocking arches representing the two sides coming together with the section of overlap representing Workbridge’s contribution of bringing together and developing the bond between the two sides.
Each arch is made of three arced lines – employers, employees and Workbridge.
The stylised Koru design at the centre of the arches indicate growth and development and stand for Workbridge’s commitment as a bicultural organisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workbridge is a very average company from my experience. I've tried twice with them now, the first time I didn't get along with the work-broker, she was very unpleasant. The second time, I mean first impressions wise, they're very good and seem like they'll be able to help, but all they seem to be interested in is getting the person into a job, whether its gonna be right for them or not, no matter how many times you may say otherwise. They say they understand and will support you with the issues you may face, but they don't. All they care about are their numbers it seems, how many they get employed rather than caring about the person and whether the job is going to work for them, short-term or long-term. Very frustrating.
