★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately my experience in Workshop was terrible. The staff were disinterested in helping me and I was looked up and down as I entered the space. To be plain being in the space made me feel gross and privileged—In these spaces I expect to be treated well and told about the brand I am supporting, I shop upmarket on sale—hoping my clothes will last longer and I am paying the clothes maker well. That being said, it looked like older people who would be assumed to be well off then I am were having enjoyable experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have never been greeted in this store. They just look up and down at you as if they are judging if I am going to buy anything. It just feels horrible being in this store and I am writing this because it has happened multiple times. Absolutely the worst customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware before you purchasing any items from here. My partner bought a dress from here for my birthday present. As soon as I opened I knew it’s not my style so I didn’t even put on and put it back right away.
I had a look on their website if I can find anything else to exchange but unfortunately no luck. So my partner brought the dress back but they said they cannot refund. Their policy is no refund but gift card. While I kind of understand their policy, I am quite upset as they didn’t mention about the policy when my partner purchased it. They should have told him that he cannot get refund. A very bad customer service. I won’t recommend or buy anything after using my gift card (which my partner already paid for the returned dress). There are many shops out there with similar stuff with a better customer service.
