★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional person to deal with. Worst hAirdresser, rude and doesn't know how to talk to clients. She should shut her business else someone will sue her very soon for her untimely bookings. Such poorly staffed and did worst haircut and colour. Extremely unpleasant to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with this saloon. The owner Linda is so rude and unprofessional. She books 4-5 people for same time and never adheres to the bookings. People are always waiting and she has no issues with this. Not the first time but 2nd time we faced the same issue. She booked us and we had to wait for 1.5 hours to get haircut done. She is very pathetic, unprofessional and rude. It is better to pay elsewhere and get haircut done than going to Xuan. I will never recommend using her again as she is the worst in business. Have never seen such terrible service across NZ.

She bleached my hair for 10 hours straight, aggressively pulling and putting it onto my scalp, burning it and my hair came out yellow and damaged. It’s now very dry the next day. I would not recommend coming here, the customer service and experience is horrible!

I like their newly renovated Salon, very cozy and tidy. I did not encounter any problem even I booked or walk-in. I like their haircut and service. Price is reasonable also. I highly recommend Xuan Salon for your haircut and hair colouring.
