★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.30am in the morning went to get some pies and coffees for colleagues. Miss indian princess serving had a terrible attitude and looked like didn't wanna be at wrk. Or maybe starved of sleep as she got my pie orders all wrong. Not suitable for front line customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came from Rotorua and was booked in the nearby hotel. I was hungry and didn't want to order from uber so I opted to go to this shop so i can buy some snacks. The indian lady (Suma or Zuma) wasn't too happy to see a customer in the middle of the night. As soon as she approached me she was just staring at me blankly no greetings no smile whatever so I had to say hi first and I asked if I can come inside and she said no. So i asked her if they have hot foods and coz she was a bit far from me and we both wearing mask she could not hear me properly so she keep on asking Ha? everytime i ask her something she kept repeating ha? in a very rude fashion. I asked her for a coke in can the little one but she gave me a bottled one so i had to repeat myself again then she argued apparently i told her small but she didn't hear me and did not verify my order. I was not really happy with the way she treated me as a customer as if she didnt want to serve me or she doesn't care about her job at all. I understand her job is not easy having to be on graveyard shift and probably had to deal with difficult customers but i was not one of them. I came there in a good spirit but went back to my hotel room very furious because I was treated rudely by this staff. She should consider looking for another job or probably her manager should give more time training her on how to atleast deal with customers in a polite way. As I was reading the reviews it seem like i am not the only one who had a bad experience with this staff. Hope to hear from you and what sort of help you give to her so she can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a clean service area with plenty of filling points, plus parking if only using the shop or mini mart or gas bottle fill. The shop has a good selection of general household goods, coffee and other hot drinks, takeaway foods and all sorts of drinks, not alcoholic. Friendly service and if help required the staff are happy to help. Very handy location especially when heading to the motorway, north-south or east, accessible coming from the east but probably easier to travel a little further to more accessible service stations.
