★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered coffee every morning for the past week or so. I've given it numerous chances... the coffee is not good. I've tried ordering numerous ways to make it taste better. The final straw was today when the lady working wouldn't even let me have a serviette to hold my hot coffee with. She said they only give serviettes with pies. She is not friendly and obviously makes bad coffee. She has been rude numerous times when I have come in. Today I was feeling concerned that she was purposely making my coffee taste bad... not going again. Love Z... just not this one... especially not for coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shameful business owner, employing Indians whose understanding of basic English and customer service is worst than Prince Andrew attending your child's 21st birthday party. How 1 employee is meant to serve 12 customers wanting petrol and/or drinks that have to be made to order is an insult to the public. This business's motto is "we keep you waiting, and waiting, and waiting some more". Even a 1 star rating is generous.

The Indian man that is on the most wouldn’t serve my husband a gas bottle at night which we understood because he was the only 1 on and it was late but when my husband went back the next morning he said they don’t sell them at all.. I hope it’s not just laziness because they’re the only Z I know that do that. As below review stated 1 star is even too generous.
