★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service need to be train how to greet customer and how to said thanks. Particularly cashier name is Mohamed who is got attitude towards customers. He always looks grumpy never said hello or thank you. If you hate people and yr job then you not belong in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happy to come to here because the gentleman who served me was quick to say he would go over and pour the fuel for me.
I had my walker with me and it was all done by the time I wrestled the walker back into the car.
So thank you for your service, I feel more relaxed about going out with help like this. ?

Clean and tidy store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bald man that served me this morning at around 9:50am was super super rude.
I had already payed for my gas and went in to get a snack, when I get to the counter he says
“okay that and pump 7”
I then say “oh no I’ve already payed” to which he replies; “no you haven’t”
I then say “yes I have. I have my receipt if you’d like proof” to which he says “well are you pump 7?”
I turn around and double check, as I had already payed and didn’t notice or didn’t think I’d need to know. “No that’s not my van”
To which he then says “oh that’s why, because you weren’t listening to me. I said pump 7”
I just find that incredibly rude. He clearly wasn’t watching as properly as he thought.
As well as telling me I’M not the one listening??
For reference, I am a young female in my work car AND uniform. Not sure why he’d think I’d be trying to steal gas in a work van during work hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience filling up my car today. There was a woman and a bald man in store, both impatient. The woman was even worse. I felt ignorant, unwelcome and quite uncomfortable. It seems many people like me have the same feeling. I have seen her serving customer like this several times and couldn’t understand why a customer service can do her job in this way for so long. Would rather go to another gas station.
