β β β β β Was accused of stealing petrol.
Went into pay as bought other item as well. Turns out the cashier didn't add on petrol. Not impressed? won't be going back.
Be mindful when Z is busy as people get coffee by the truck load. Makes waiting exceptionally longer. When people getting petrol especially when sale on they leave their car at the pump then walk in & have to wait in line.
As a line of people waiting for their coffee & only 2 servers making it exceptionally worst waiting to be served.

β β β β β Everything done at the pump. Their water buckets were full and paper towels fully stocked. Question for all Z stations. Why are your petrol prices like Auckland that includes extra tax? Isn't that price gauging?

β β β β β 4 stars for coral i think thats her name she's just awesome so friendly and fast too. We came by in the night there was a someone else working, he tried to charge so much more than what we were trying to purchase. We had said what we wanted clearly several times.
There was no apology after her rectified his mistake, just a silence and a grunt.

β β β β β Called in to get coffee today, cousin asked the guys (Andy ?) for a cake that was in the cabinet which she pointed to and also asked for $10 in change. We waited for our coffee which the young lady was very pleasant. When my cousin asked for the cake the guy told her that he did not charge her for the one she asked for. Which was clear he did listen to instructions or even care what the customer wanted he just assumed he new what she was talking about. Not very customer friendly, 2 unhappy customers. ??
