They are both very efficient and proactive with their contact, which is a really important aspect when dealing with home loans. I would like to start with Sandeep (Loan Ranger). He guided my wife and I through every step to the point there were no suprises on our journey to obtaining our home. He did an excellent job negotiating with the banks and was ahead of the curve. Sandeep notified me 2 days before the interest rate rose that it was going up and fully informed me of the options available to allow me to make the best decision for my family and I.
While working with Rebecca (Risk Insurance Specialist) she was so efficient with our time. My wife and I were peaking timewise at work so every minute was vital. Rebecca is well prepared, well informed and provided us with insurance options that catered specifically to our needs and budget.
If you need support getting a home, Sandeep and Rebecca excel in this department and the results speak for themselves. My family and I have a home during a housing crisis and these two made a major contribution to obtaining it.

He answered all my phones calls and many questions, he was extremely supportive and patient and I feel we wouldn’t have got the loan we needed if it wasn’t for Anthony’s professionalism, industry knowledge and commitment. Jeremy was also very helpful in our process. I’m in Auckland too. We did everything over the phone/zoom and I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, you made the wait to finally get into our own home so worth it .Thanks so much Anthony and Jeremy. You guys really are mortgage magicians!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people at Zest brokers are literally entirely responsible for me being able to buy my house. After my existing bank drastically reduced the figure they would let me borrow on the day I was meant to offer, I randomly searched for a broker and Jeremy's name came up. I rang him and he instantly went to work, helped me get over the line (just, as I had equity but am on my own which affects affordability), and a few (frantic) days later I had a new house, which I am now in and love and is perfect for myself and my boys. Also, Amy (Jeremy's PA) and Alvin (insurance) were great too - super friendly, efficient, and competent. I am and will continue to spread Jeremy's name and business card because he helped me so much. Absolutely recommend!!!
