A bright and clean place for badminton. Came on Friday night and it was very busy. Remember to book online and bring your non-marking shoes. It does rent non-marking shoes though but many of them are already quite worn out.

I would except a ringer at your door...courtesy call back option or an option to leave a message on your phone line...either you dont know its broken or you are not bothered...

The best indoor badminton complex in Christchurch, or perhaps the South Island. 4 June 2020 - they are now open to the public! 20 Oct 2019 - there is a drink vending machine! It can accepts cash (including coins) and Eftpos (debit and credit card payments). ?? 2 Sept 2018 - this place is now fully setup and ready for action. There are benches at either side of the building for people to sit down and the courts are now properly laid down. The electronic access control system is now fully operational with online booking system (go to their website to find out more). The lighting will turn on at the stipulated time when you first booked. It is now open to the public for the casuals and members alike. There are two drinking fountains available to use but I do recommend you to bring your own drinks. 15 Jul 2018 - This is a brand new, purpose built badminton hall facility which is located on the west of Christchurch, in the suburb of Wigram (near the overhead bridge to Aidenfield). It was recently opened in July 2018 and has 12 badminton courts which can be used for recreational and tournament. Since they just opened, they are still setting up, there is no electronic access control system and thus, the hall is not set up for 24/7 operation. There are toilets and showers available on site, and upstairs viewing cum kitchen area. There are multiple carparks at this site but it will become an issue in future when this badminton hall becomes busy or when there is a major tournament. Would I go back? Yes ☺

Amazing carpet court badminton court, probably the best and only in Christchurch. Located in the heart of Wigram. Owner is friendly and booking system is easy and at affordable prices. Ample parking on site, close to landing shopping centre. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. After hour code access.

Very professional court space with reasonable prices if you are a member. Remember to bring a bike lock if biking because you wont be allowed to leave it inside!

One of the best badminton hall in Christchurch. The lighting is a bit glary though compared to the courts I have been to in Auckland. Saying that, the owner is friendly, the courts are well kept, it’s quite clean and have shower facility, I will keep coming back when I’m back in Christchurch.

Good infrastructure. There's coaching for kids on Tuesday evenings. Non marking shoes must for players. Facility closes at 6:30pm. There's a store here from where you can borrow non marking shoes. If you find playing comfortable you can buy one from them. Buying is not mandatory you can always give a try.

Very good courts, however the lighting in this place is different to most conventional halls I have been to because it is quite bright and white in colour. The office situated above the entrance to the hall also have lights on most of the time and can be blinding when in play.
