★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Path to lookoutpoint is in decent shape. Lookoutpoint needs some motorsaw love. Path to the old cemetery is blocked by stormfelled trees and couldnt find the cemetery. March 2020

Track is in a sad state, very over grown but still worth walking through.
Over and under wind blown trees.
Very lovely view of the karamea river at the lookout ponit.
Nice native new New Zealand bush.
No parking at the top end of the track but some at the river end.
