Your service last Thursday, 29th April, when dealing with my 16 year old was exceptional. She was in Wellington looking for her school ball outfit. She was with her cousins, and they told me that the shop assistant could not have been more helpful and understanding. It was a big decision for my daughter, and by not putting any pressure on her and allowing her time to make up her mind, she has an outfit that she looks fantastic in and, more importantly, feels terrific. So thank you, we look forward to revisiting your shop when next in Wellington.
