Welcome to Zing Yoga Studio Palmerston North. More than a yoga studio, Zing offers training on and off the mat to get life on track and your body feeling great.
About Zing Yoga Studio
Masks are to be worn to and from your mat space. You can practice without your mask. Booking is required for pregnancy yoga. For further information and updates, please check our facebook page.
Beginner Meditation and Beginner Yoga Course blocks start on Wednesday, the 18th of May and the 13th of July. Early booking essential. Courses run for 8 weeks and cost $90. $160 for both courses.
All classes are an hour except the lunch class which is 45 minutes.
If you own a yoga mat, please bring it with you. Casual price and the Beginner Yoga Course includes mat hire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very friendly environment but really disappointing in terms of a class that can deepen your yoga practice - no feedback, no options or encouragement to take on more challenging poses, no adjustments - no learning. In short, a nice stretch and great for social but that's about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy my classes at Zing Yoga. The instructor is friendly and welcoming. Their classes have some trickier options but allow for everyone to just do what you can. I always leave feeling relaxed and like I’ve had a good stretch. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely classes Chloe is the best!!! As a more mature student I love her encouragement to try new things and her ability to have something a little different at each class. There is no judgement in Chloe's class you are welcome to try something that step or two further and she is right there to support and adjust your poses as needed. A great class to further progress your yoga without any pressure to do so.

Chloe knows all of the students names by heart and is passionate, and knowledgeable about the craft. The classes are suitable for all experience levels. Definitely worth checking out!
