★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some problems printing my book at Zoom, they did not crop the pages on the edges correctly and the left pages ended up on the right and vice-versa, cropping all the images and breaking my layout/content overall. I'm really disappointed by how they approach the problem by saying I should be able to work this out somehow but they do not take the responsibility for it because they don't have a designer in house to assist people, even though I paid a fair amount.
