★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They left massive scratches/dents on the inside of my brand new rims from where the tire machine grips the rim. Also didn’t align the red mark on the tire with the valve stem which every tire shop should know to do. Yes they have cheap tires but this could of been fixed with the staff there knowing what they are doing. You get what you pay for. It also looks like they have reused the balance weights on my rims from another car. Brand new rims and tires with old crusty balance weights? If your going to get tires from them I wouldn’t recommend getting them fitted and balanced by them

After going in at around midday to look for a set of wheels, I was able to select from the wheels they had which would fit my, was given a quote for wheels, tyres, fitment and alignmentand was asked to return the following day for fitment as they were understaffed, fair enough.
I went back the next morning after being told my wheels were ready for fitment.
After about 30 minutes, the manager calls me to tell me they cannot fit the wheels because I apparently gave them the wrong pad the previous day, which turned into an argument with the owner, as I specifically told him the correct size the day before.
They then found a set with the correct pad and said I could get them for the same price.
I was then informed I would have to go elsewhere for alignment as there machine was suddenly broken.
I then waited another hour ,while seeing other cars being worked on ahead of mine, before the guy fitting my wheels told me that they could only fit 4 of 5 nuts on each wheel, because they had no lock nuts and he referred me to mag and turbo to them.
When they were finally done, I was over charged by $100 and they never put the stickers on the wheels.?
I then went to mag and turbo for the lock nuts, where it got even worse.
They told me that the wheels had been fitted with completely incorrect nuts and all would need to be changed and spacers were not put on either.
This ended up costing me another $400 to have the wheels fitted correctly.
The cherry on top was that I was then informed that they put cheap tyres on, which were totally incorrect for my car and would be dangerous to drive with.
Thanks for the great experience Zoom...not.
