β β β β β Want to do exercise that doesn't feel like exercise? Give Zumba with Claudia a go. Zumba is the only exercise I've managed to do for YEARS because it's so much fun! It's dancing and you don't have to be super coordinated because no one is watching you, they are all too busy following Claudia's steps. Just keep moving at your own safe pace and you'll get the benefits of exercise!!! ?
