No sale, great assistance, invaluable information and valid recommendations for a much over due purchase for which I can't thank him enough....I am only somewhat tech savy and didn't feel embarrased to ask silly questions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been shopping here for a number of years and the service is always of the highest standard. Whether we're after a TV or a toasted sandwich maker we're respected and valued. Our grandchildren can ask about tech stuff they're saving for and never feel ignored due to their age. Everything purchased has been first rate; especially Miele appliances and the amazing Weber BBQ. Neville discussed washing machines with me last week and immediately recognised me yesterday and remembered our discussions so I could show my beloved the favoured ones without boring delays. A generous discount and AA Points sealed the deal.
We have never experienced high pressure, tricky sales tactics or insincere, commission driven, over zealous sales people here.
