Step 1:
Get in touch via our website to arrange an appointment with one of our experienced valuers to appraise your car and give you a final offer for your vehicle, there and then
Step 2:
Once you have accepted our offer, 138 Cars will carry out the process to purchase your vehicle, settle any finance (if applicable) and complete the change of ownership.
Step 3:
All you need to do is sign the purchase agreement, of which you will receive a copy as proof of purchase, and your money will then be paid directly into your bank account.
Information Required from you:
The Information we required from you is strictly for the purpose of checking vehicle history, ownership and for our team to begin the valuation process. We will discuss directly with you if any further information may be required.
If your vehicle has finance owing, you will need to provide a settlement letter from the finance company. As part of the buying process, we will settle your finance loan directly with the finance company on your behalf. Rest assured we do this often so do not worry; we will take care of it."

Brought a ranger from this crew hadn't fixed everything that was meant to be done then leaving Auckland broke down on bombays.. finally got home contacted him couple times to get these issues sorted with no reply what so ever. Clearly didn't want to know about it.

Had an oil leak issue a week later on a Holden purchased off 138 Cars. Texted/Called Trent multiple times to arrange a suitable time to drop it & have it fixed....no reply! Took personal time off & went to various garages to get Quotes & emailed Trent thinking he was busy to get repaired... no reply! I ended up fixing the issue with Holden which wasn't cheap. Terrible experience personally. Be aware with vehicles purchased of them people.
