VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY POOR!
IT'S EITHER THE STORE KEEPER IS TOO LAZY OR TOO CONCERNED ABOUT WATCHING HIS CAMERAS!
SHOP KEEPER(INDIAN MALE) YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO POOR AND YET I AM MARKETING THIS BUSINESS OUT THERE TO PEOPLE THAT ARE COMPLIMENTING MY OUTFITS-THOUGH PEOPLE THOUGHT I HAD THEM MADE BECAUSE THEY KNOW MY CREATIVITY,BUT ARE VERY SHOCKED TO BE TOLD I BOUGHT THE OUTFITS-PEOPLE HAVE ASKED ME AND WANTED TO FIND OUT WHERE THEY CAN PURCHASE-YES I HAVE SHARED IT- I DO SUGGEST YOU UPGRADE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE-THIS IS WHAT OUR GOVT AND LAW ENFORCERS DON'T KNOW-IS THAT WHEN THEY ARE CALLED TO A DISAGREEMENT BY THESE SHOP KEEPERS IT'S BECAUSE THEY ARE SO DAMN RUDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-AND YET THEY CAN RUN A BUSINESS-I'M SURE THE COURSES ALSO TEACH THEM ABOUT HAVING TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH BRINGS BUSINESS! I LOVE THE CLOTHING GOOD FOR MY FATIGUE-BUT VERY POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE SIZES ALSO NEED TO BE MORE OF A VARIETY-SOME LARGE SIZES ARE ACTUALLY DIFFERENT-IM GOING BACK TO GET CORRECT SIZES FOR THE OTHER TWO DRESSES THAT WERE BOUGHT ON SUNDAY-UNABLE TO BE WORN! SIZE PROBLEM! MAKES ME RUSH AND PANIC AT TIMES-BUT I CAN SAY THE CLOTHINGS ARE BEAUTIFUL LOVELY! PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE-MORE SIZE VARIETY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store on Tuesday and brought 6 head scarfs but it was a material I was trying out for the first time. I brought 6 scarfs and I brought 6 headbands also and I had work the next day and was not able to go the next day to the store I called on Thursday and there was a very rude lady on the one and told us we can't exchange or get a refund on scarfs. And told me the can do changes on dresses but not head scarfs. And u have not even worn any of the scarfs. And they were still not able t help. It was a very bad customer service and the way they talked on the call. I brought so many scarfs and they still could not help me!! Very disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no stars I would WORST CUSTOMER SERIVICE. They think refund policy and exchange policy is the same. I bought a gift for my mum and the sizing was very poor they said if it doesn't fit they can change but when I went to change after lockdown they said I had only 1 week but they didn't specify this before. Also no exchange policy is written on the wall but they keep pointing to refund policy when I don't want to refund. CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY POOR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of scarves! Great selection of modest dresses. My friends and I were here for more than an hour! Changing room is abit gross though... but apparently they are relocating so hopefully it's a nicer store because this place really does have so much potential!
