★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and comfortable, if old-fashioned rooms. We could hear people talking in the studio we shared a wall with, but it was quiet at night. It's a convenient location close to a shopping centre with supermarket, pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in, but had to check out 15mins later. Unit was old, and tired. Carpet and furniture was covered in stains. I wasn’t happy for my young family to stay. Despite only walking in the unit and walking straight back out, I was charged for two nights stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the flashest motel, but, our room was very spacious, the place had a very relaxed vibe about it. Nice play area for the kids and the lady who served us was really lovely. I would definitely stay here again, the price per night was extremely reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arrival, we had a blunt welcome, and a rush for card details and car rego. When we walked into our room, it was obvious it was not clean. There was hair in the sheets, sticky kitchen floors, bark/ dirt in the shower and stale "complementary" milk in the fridge.
The room was so hot, a small desk fan was all there was to cool the room down, door handle which leads to a grass area, was broken and could not open easily. Said door handle had no netting to stop people walking past peering through.
Bathroom was in desperate need for a update, shower pressure was minimal, good hot water just not enough.
Fridge leaked and froze our food, plunger coffee provided but no plunger to make it in.
Sugar ect wasn't refilled, stale milk was left in the fridge and room wasn't vacuumed on our 2nd day, just fresh towels.
TV and sky cords dangling is risky for kids, should be tied back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a mistake, booked the wrong week, our fault, but very disappointed they couldn't, even help us at all in finding other accommodation. After a harrowing day, we drove home again 2 1/2 hrs away. Couldn't, even cancel booking we had to do it at home. Being people friendly & obliging is one of the main things in accommodation business, certainly wouldn't be recommending this Motel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were upgraded to 2 bedrooms from a studio at no extra cost. Probably built in the 1970s but very clean and tidy Central location with no road noise to. Good value.
Unfortunately, the shower pressure was much lesser than what is expected. A trickle and not warm enough.
