β β β β β I was greeted as I walked into the store. It is quite crowded with little space between the shelving racks. Jam-packed with stock. I bought some sunglasses that looked good and fitted over my own glasses, and a fascinator to go with a new dress. Helpful staff member behind the counter.

β β β β β It looked like there was a good selection in store, however it is almost completely inaccessible to anyone using a stroller, walking frame, or mobility scooter due to the placement of displays and items on the floor (also a trip hazard). I was explicitly told that they are not willing to open their isles up clearing room for access. Parents with strollers and disabled people clearly not welcome and are being discriminated against. I just want to have equal opportunity to shop, my money is the same as others.
