★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I entered an agreement to purchase a iPhone XR at the Timaru shop.
The salesperson, Chad, offered to transfer the data from my old phone to the new one.
For some unknown reason the transfer struck problems & Chad offered to work on the problem even after the store had closed.
He returned the phone to me some two hours later.
Regrettably there were still issues & I returned the phone to him the next day at which point Chad did a reset & transferred the data successfully.
Over the years I have received top class service from the 2degrees staff at the Timaru store & it’s such a pleasure to find nothing has changed - top marks Timaru

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werent helpful to me . Didnt honour the warranty on my phone. For dubious reasons I didnt agree with. Charged me to look but not fix a phone purchased from 2 degrees 15 months before. Girls were friendly but not really sure of there jobs.
