★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I changed from 2 degrees to vodafone and the service couldn't have been more different. At 2 degrees I spent 3 days trying to get my phone fixed and then it still didn't work! Cost me a parking ticket too! In contrast, Ethan at Vodafone was extremely helpful - he worked out what the problem was in a very short time. He explained everything to me clearly with no mucking around and I left the store very satisfied indeed. Well done Ethan and "thank you"
