β β β β β Before you buy car from here or from any other car dealer make sure you check every buttons in the car if they are functioning or not, I regret buying car without checking, I bought Toyota Prius from here, I regret that I trusted them and the finance company. because of lockdown I could not personally see the car. And this was my first buy through finance.
Even if you get it repair from here then you will find another problem. And if you are staying kms away from here than that's more problem from you.

β β β β β The most important aspect of customer service is the aftersales service and these guys have nailed it! I recently bought a car from them and after taking delivery I noticed the brakes were noisy. I was advised that the brakes needed replacing. I notified the team at 500 Autos and they ordered the parts and had the new brakes fitted at their expense! Most other car dealers would have said sorry you bought the car as is, it has passed it's WOF etc. I had a great experience with 500 Autos. Kudos to Albert and Cash for keeping their customer a happy one!
