β β β β β very bad. i bought an outlander from them and they posted it was 4wd but i found out its not. and they have only 1 service center and it's in Auckland only so if you are not from Auckland don't bother waste your time. i had my car just for 3 days after i got it from ICAR and the smart key stop working and i asked them to do something about it but they are insisting to bring my car to Auckland. but my car wont start because of faulty smart key and im from tauranga. i brought my key to Mitsubishi service center and they asked me to pay 550$ and i told the ICAR about it and they just don't care . Alex is not a good person to deal with. not recommended and not gonna buy again with them.

β β β β β Really good customer service, they always willing to answer my questions. When i dont know how to choose, they give me lot of advice instead of telling me to buy a more expensive car.

β β β β β Thank you so much for their good help, the team is very dedicated, their advice was very helpful to me and carefully selected the first car for my child. We have seen a lot of cars very tangled, thanks to them from safety, aesthetics, practicality and other aspects. All in all considers, Mazda axela was recommended and my kids loved it.

Lionel helped us with our car, and helped us get finance for it, he then went and sourced a part after the sale to complete our buying experience. He went above and beyond and has left two very happy customers with a fantastic car.

β β β β β I bought Toyota Prius 2014, spoke with David through call, found that car on trade me, they shipped car in Wellington. Really good customer service. Car received same like that which was in pictures. Highly recommend go through them. David is really good in customer service. He helped me for apply rebate as well and answered my queries very fast.

β β β β β BE VERY CAFEFUL - CHANGED ENGINE IN 2 MONTHS - MT.ROSKILL BRANCH
I bought the car in end of Nov 21 did the service in Jan 22 where my mechanic warned about coolant leak issue with my car, these guy didn't fix it and in another month had to change the engine due to overheating problem. It was with in 3 months but they used my mechanical warranty to fix my car instead of taking responsibility and I had to pay the excess money too. Before sales good and after sales is hopeless, very unethical people in the business.
No guts to accept the fact that their cars are rubbish. So, people please be careful, don't throw your hard earned money.
