★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aki and Riven are both so amazing with my hair! They are very patient and takes your hair concerns into consideration when they are working with your hair. I highly recommend this place! They are the only people I would trust to do my hair colouring ! I went from black to platinum and my hair still feels as if I have not bleached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is overdue and I want to review this place honestly.
I have done my hair here before and it turned out amazing and beyond my expectations the first round. However 2 months ago, it seems that overtime, services are slack because she basically forgot about me in my second session due to other clients there. My hair was bleached for hours and over processed. When washed, my hair was dried up and not at all the colour I wanted. There were no highlights placed under my hair either like the first time, so it looked like a cap of regrowth rather than a "balayage". My hair was left stringy and some parts were even fried up. No comments were really made to make my experience better after and I still paid the full price for my service. I really think paying the same or more at another salon that gives an in-depth consultation given the current condition of your hair prior to doing any damage is worth your time and money. Even VIVO has good colour packages. After all, it is so hard to recover damaged hair and start over.
BIGGEST REGRET!!
I hope this review makes them improve their service quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I keep seeing posts about these gorgeous hair colours on my ig.. and so I decided to give them a try. They’re so patient, so professional and super friendly! They know it’s gonna be a long process and even asked if I needed lunch they could get it for me (I was on a diet anyway so I didn’t need to eat) but what other salon does that? They somehow even knew my battery is about to go flat and offered me a charger. Obviously in the end I love love love my hair!! They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them! Will definitely go back! ☺️

I love the results and will definitely be back and recommend to all of my friends! All the staffs are super friendly and always want the best for you. They know what they are doing and always suggest the best option that suitable for you. They are super nice and patient and always concern of the condition of your hair not to be damage after doing hair colour. The best experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love love how much hair turned out! I wanted balayage with subtle cool/ash brown tones. And because I want a low maintenance she recommended something else as bleaching my hair would require a lot more care.
Really appreciate how the hairdresser (sorry - I should’ve asked for your name!) took into consideration of my hair care routine (which is the absolute minimal) and what I wanted and managed transformed it to something a lot better than I had imagined!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I so wish I had good things to say, but i wanted to get my hair coloured from my dark brown to a light brown. After my appointment, there was very little colour change. Then i kindly asked for a recolour just to lighten it up a bit more, which they agreed to! Then they kept pushing my appointment back, saying they were booked fully or their stylist was unwell. They stopped replying to me for the last two weeks, ignoring my requests for a new appointment. They are replying to other peoples messages tho.... Its been four weeks and i am just SO disappointed. At least have the courtesy to reply :( I will not be coming back here again
