A nightmare, after shooting, woman want to charge me extra dollars for extra photo I don’t need. she took my money and don’t want to returned, so I ask her to give back, she gives back the dollars and tell me not to come back again!!!??? should have googled it before go inside

Yeah, once there's problem with your photo etc., it's hard to get them correct it! Poor customer service to the extreme. I even got hung up on the phone saying she was busy. She didn't even let me finish talking.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! DON'T USE THEM. Clearly language barrier there, images were unusable for official use, owners were very aggressive and ignored my emails when I asked for a refund when I didn't get the image that they promised to send. The one they provided was poorly cut out, so it was unusable for visa application. I recommend to find other place to save yourself time and avoid hassle.

In a pinch, this place will give you quick printed photos for a cheap price, but the customer experience feels very rushed and asked to pay before you may even have the photo in hand. Used a Kodak machine to load the pics, however the printer may just be an average one as the photo is not as HD than I expected it to be. They do have some nice and low priced frames too which was helpful for what I needed.

WHEN I WALKED IN THE SHOP(CITY PHOTO),I JUST SPOKE CHINESE,YES THEY(couple) DO TOO. THEY TOLD ME TO SEND THE PHOTOS TO THE EMAIL . I DID , i told the guy that i want the photo to be printed out by the standard on my email(its for my pr application). THE GUY WAS LOOKING AT MY PHOTO,AND ASKING ME “YOU KNOW YOUR PHOTO HAS PROBLEMS, AND YOU STILL WANT ME TO PRINT IT OUT?”ME：“whats wrong??” THE GUY SAYS“you cant tell?!”ME:“no, whats wrong??”THE GUY ：“you cant tell? your neck is covered. I CAN TAKE A PHOTO FROM YOU, IT COSTS 15 DOLLORS, AND IF YOU WANT THE DIGITAL PHOTO, IT COSTS 5 DOLLERS EXTRA. ”ME“OK”。。。。。。。。 BEFORE TAKING THE PHOTO, I SAID TO THE GUY THAT IF HE CAN HELP TO EDIT THE PHOTO CUZ IM NOT WEARING MAKEUP。。。。WHEN I WAS GIVEN THE PRINTED PHOTOS, FIRST I SAID THANK YOU ！（for helping me with getting the “right photos”.）SECONDE I WALKED OUT FROM THE SHOP. ITS DONE. I THEN LOOKED AT MY PHOTOS OUTSIDE OF THE SHOP. AND I FOUND SOMETHING NOT RIGHT WITH THE PHOTOS.AND I HAVE TO RUN BACK TO THE SHOP IMMEDIATELY. AFTER CAME BACK TO THE SHOP, I TOLD THEM THAT, ON THE PHOTO, MY LEFT EYE HAS DOUBLE EYELIPS AND RIGHT EYE LOOKS SINGLE EYELIP. AND THE BACKGROUND IS BLUE NOT GREY. THEY SAY THAT BLUE BACKGROUND CAN ALWAYS BE ACCEPTED BY THE IMMIGRATION. ME:“I HAVE SENT YOU THE STANDARD. THE BACKGROUND SHOULD BE GREY,AND ON THE IMMIGRATION WEBSITE, ITS grey”. The guy insert the SD Card into the computer and just wanted to show me that MY EYES LOOK DIFFERENT.AT THIS TIME, I FOUND THAT THEY CHANGED THE BACKGROUND CLOLOUR TO LIGHTER AND CHANGED MY SKIN TO DARK.I HAVE ATTACHED MY EVIDENCES.ME ON THE PRINTED PHOTOS HAS DARK SKIN, AND ME ON THE ORIGINAL PHOTO HAS VERY LIGHT SKIN. YOU MUST THINK THAT MAYBE THE TONE WAS WRONG, AND THE LIGHT WAS TOO DARK? OK, NOTICE THAT THE BACKGROUNGD COLOUR ON THE PRINTED PHOTOS IS MUCH LIGHTER THEN THE COLOUR ON THE ORIGINAL PHOTO. I ASK FOR REFUNDING 20 DOLLARS.The female staff in the shop asks for 10 dollars if i want to take one more camera shot from them. NO~ BUT I HAVE TO TAKE A PHOTO FROM A DIFFERENT PHOTO SHOP.I told them ,im calling the cops. And she says “this is ridiculous!” There is a shop very close to CITY PHOTO(47 Victoria Street West). ITS Photo Image CBD(53 Victoria Street West). I CANT TELL YOU WHO SAID THAT , “LOTS OF PEOPLE CRIED FOR HELP FROM PHOTO IMAGE CBD, BECAUSE CITY PHOTO’S photos are bad. ”

Horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Miss-communication from the owner and as a result I have photos I can't use. Of course payment is made straight away and no refund. Once I mentioned a refund the owner/photographer turned an aggressive tone, instantly his wife came out and began to berate me and my partner ( not to mention the under handed comments in a foreign language). Customer service is not a thing at this store, you're better off going to a pharmacy and getting it done right!

Worst experience ever, what a nightmare, the couple who run the store was so rude and very impolite. I cannot communicate with those old couple at all, I tried to be nice and even translated my requirement for them, but they just giving me a don't care at all altitude, and very rude to me. They took the wrong picture i required and did not apologize at all, and let me pay extra because they took more than i required. Nevery come to this store guys, it was horrible.

Quick turnaround for film develop and scan at the heart of Auckland CBD! It’s the place to go when I couldn’t get to the k road shops before they close as I finish work the same time as they do ? I also had my passport photos taken here before and no problem with that as I just need it for official use not to show around to others ? their store stood there for years are for a reason lol
