They develop deep bonds with children, focusing on individual needs and catering to all personality types.
They amaze me every day with their level of engagement, depth of understanding and care for my kids. My two love going there, look forward to it, are only upset when they are ill or injured. They miss it when they aren't there - if we drive past, my older girl looks dejected when she doesn't get to go in!
A really well thought out learning environment, with a lot of attention to detail, rituals, calmness and freedom to develop for children. They let kids develop at the pace they are heard to.
I actually wish I could spend the day there myself.
