Prompt assessment & quote and checked for & rectified some known inherent faults in the camera model while repairing the damage I had caused. Total job completed in under a week, thanks.

I was slightly exasperated by the fact my Z50 needed a repair but A & E were very patient and took the time to explain the problem with my camera and the process of repair. Customer service of this high quality is hard to find and should be highly valued!
