★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get things that were needed Tues afternoon.. I was barked at from a blond curly haired woman(p.s Kath n Kim hair)I'm 50 and spoke to me like a scolded child!!!! Never go back and advised others of this horrendous woman...we pay your wages shame on you!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff except the pharmacist on duty on 24 January 2019. Not at all interested in assisting me with my query. She fobbed me off and got back to what she had been doing as soon as possible. Not a pleasant experience and when in need of advice from a pharmacist in the future I definitely won’t be going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curious as to why you now have "free prescriptions". A while ago I was going to be charged $45.00 for three items. I elected to go to Bargain Chemist (100% NZ) owned and got them for free. Seems you had the monopoly for so long, but now have to bow because of a bit of healthy completion. Also you upped the prices of face masks when the government were asking people to wear them. Would never use this chemist or the Unichem franchise again. Ripping people off for years. Staff extremely rude too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di at the Unichem pharmacy in New Brighton is fantastic!! There was a particular product not in store when I went it, by lunchtime the next day she had them restocked and they were waiting behind the desk just for me :). She was so lovely and really helpful!!
