★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arrival on early Saturday morning, before even inspecting the car the mechanic declined my car. Confused I asked why explaining that the 4 previous WOF inspections had been carried out here without an issue. After showing evidence of the previous WOF inspections the attitude of the mechanic changed yet still declining my car as they were “under staffed”. I was asked to come back tomorrow morning which I was happy to comply with as that was only fair. Upon arrival this morning I was faced with another mechanic who questioned my car yet again. Again I explained my self and the cars history and the attitude was changed again. I left my car with the mechanics for 15 minutes before receiving a call saying they can’t inspect it due physically not being able to fit in the seat. Confused I expressed my concerns as to why this wasn’t sufficient reasoning for declining my car as I had see the other mechanics operate my car without any hesitation. I was then rudely advise not to return to the work shop ever again even after calmly voicing my concern. I was then verbally abused and called remarks that made me feel absolutely appalled as a long time customer. Never had I thought I’d see the day from such a nice team. I will not be returning here ever again and I will advising others not to as well.

These folks have worked on my car a few times and i have to say, Their pricing is extremely reasonable and they all seem to be normal down to earth folks and explain the "why" they have done a thorough job the 3 times I have used them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
They will now be my mechanics for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laurie and the boys are very professional. They get booked up quick so need to ring to get the all clear. I just read a comment saying they were not accommodating which is totally opposite. I recommend A Grade to new customers as they don't tag on extra costs if they see a cheaper alternative. I have used them for several years and hope to stay loyal as well as considerate. Not sure why some people think busy mechanics drop there tools and deadlines. Keep up the good work guys See you soon for my next service.
