β β β β β Our experience was awful. As we had never rented out our family home before, we thought that using ARS would ensure professional management without stress. Tenant vetting was cursory and poor then poor inpections didn't look at areas of the house being damaged. The result was a major capital loss on our house when we sold and the tenant left. Communication was poor and not the slightest concern about the resulting disaster. Only concerned with avoiding any responsibility.
