★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke the gear stick on an old Pontiac during a WoF inspection and not even as much as a sorry. Maybe it was already worn but it definitely wasn’t fallen apart beforehand. Yes, the car isn’t in the best condition and we had trouble starting it. However, you need to show care and not just assume that everything is stuffed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car three times to this place and those three times they to do a full service and they put WRONG OIL on my car and I just realized that today (checking the invoices they gave me)!! The worst is that they say "next time when you come we will put the correct one" (charging me for it of course!). Please don´t take your car with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trusted AA is the best for servicing. My objective is to get rid of the BMW service warning ⚠️ . After general servicing, they forgot to update in the dashboard, I had to ask them. They simply couldn't make it reflect in the system, said "we can't do anything". Now everytime I switch on the car I see the service warning, even though I paid and got it serviced from AA.
