★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our Audi there for an extensive job. They were excellent in every regard: Chris organized for a loaner vehicle while ours was being repaired, Damon (mechanic) called me regularly with updates on the progress, they addressed other issues not related to the main problem, and when I picked up the car Damon showed me every single part that was replaced, pointing out the reasons why it was replaced. They even did the WOF as mine had expired while it was in the shop.
When the work was finished, Chris e-mailed the invoice to me prior to picking up the car so I could go over it in case I had questions.
I was extremely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the high level of customer service and professionalism. I will certainly go back to Acton in the future, and would have no reservations about recommending them to friends.

I asked if they could please call me if there was any work that would incur an extra charge. When I checked my bill i noticed they had charged over $200 over the quoted amount was, without informing me prior.

They have years of experience with European cars and know what they are talking about. Best of all they charge a very fair price (not dirt cheap but not too expensive either). For the thorough service, it was worth every cent. Thank you Acton. Great alternative to European car owners who don’t want to pay the premium pricing from dealers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my lexus fixed from these guys. I got inspection of my car just 4-5 days prior going to Acton Automotives. My Wof was failed because of tyres and brake rotors. I got them changed. I thought to go to these guys to get the new wof done. After inspection they told me that my low beam lights are not good, which was totally fine 3-4 days ago and were not mentioned in previous wof. I had no other option so had to get them fixed. Those were the expensive ones.
Later I found the water pipe attached to windscreen water bottle is missing. It only needs to be taken out to get access to change lights. I rang them and the guy was not helpful. He said he can’t remember the built of structure of car and can’t recall if it is just behind the light or somewhere else.
Not happy with the communication. They just don’t bother to help you out at all. Don’t want to go there in future.

Few months back did a pre-purchase inspection for Camry hybrid and was happy with their feedback. They're professional, reasonable and understand customer satisfaction.

I received top notch service and repair, Chris offered a loan car which was very much appreciated. The repair was done quickly and the team went the extra mile. I went back a week later with our other car for a service. Glad I found them, what a find will only go there form now on.
