★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrific service this morning from reception through to car service. Mechanic took me in to workshop and showed/explained where repairs were needed and the reasons why.
Quote also given with costings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome team. They took time in ensuring my car was all good to drive after I massively missed checking the oil on my car. From having the AA technician advise it best to be towed and the car to be diagnostically checked was a great idea as a WOF was needed anyway. Thanks guys. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a minor repair for my car and service for my partner’s a few weeks ago- overall, they have terrible, impatient, and unfriendly staff. Kinda did the job with however worst customer service ever. Never apologize for their side of miscommunication and mistakes. Won’t come back just for the aa name. Perhaps it’s time to update your staff training.

Never had any issues.
Toyota Camry they service and it’s always been good. Never had any problems with the car and they serviced it up to 280000 kms now. Still running sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went twice for my wof there. The first time, they found something to fix and replace the piece with another one with a leak! They realised that after installed it and ask me to pay for their time. I was very disappointed and asked to don't pay anything else as I didn't have the budget to pay for their mistake. ( which cost 4h of work so close to 500$). They accepted the deal and replaced it later with another piece which this time was good. I came back today after booked for my WOF inspection. They kept my car all day long and called me 20mn before to pick it up to told me that they didnt do anything because they were missing the inspector for it and propose to keep my car until tomorrow , when an inspector will be available. I couldn't as I needed my car the day after. This is showing a very bad administration and I decided to go somewhere else. I don't recommend to anyone to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great. After a failed WOF quoted for unnecessary parts inflating the cost of repair. Either didn’t know what they were doing, or were intentionally attempting to bill more.
