★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a WOF and left really happy with the service.
The service itself was done within a few hours and you could tell you received an honest evaluation, no BS and no trying to sell anything onto you.
I ended up coming back here to look at a repair needed for my car and received excellent advise from Driscoll Motors.
I would definitely come back in future for any issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made stuff up to rip me off (5 years of owning my car and for the first time I've been told all my bulbs are the wrong colour!) Charged me a grand and a half for things that are unnecessary. I asked for an extensive service, they gave me a regular one and recommended an air filter change (which is included in the extensive service - should have just done what I asked for). Failed my WOF for stuff that never got a second look before. Took my car to VTNZ down the road and got a warrant, as well as an adjustment of stuff that Driscoll apparently repaired. (This is not my real name btw so you won't find me in your records - but this is a very real review).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with my engine that meant my car broke down away from home over the weekend. Driscoll motors accepted my towed car at an hour or so’s notice and did all the repairs on the same day. I also do my WOF and service here regularly.
Going to the garage as a young woman can be intimidating but these guys are so friendly it’s a breeze. Highly recommend ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased $99 promotion card includes 1 full service, 2 standard services and many other free services like brake check etc. But it was useless because of many conditions that causes you can not use. For example, I would like to do a standard services but I have to bound to WOF first. When I drive in to do the WOF, they required to change 3 things(yellow lens, window wipers and brake rotors) those will charge me over a thousand dollars. I refused to change, so they charged me $69 and failed my WOF. In their website, it shows the new customer WOF only $40. When I drive to my regular garage to check, I still can use LENs and Brake rotors. Only I need to change the wipers by myself. This is my terrific experience, so hope others don't suffer like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driscoll motors are great to deal with. Very easy to contact and book in. They allow you to drop your car off early in the morning at their carpark while they do the work during the day. This is great if you work in the CDB.
