Stood in a queue for 30mins this morning to try and verify my RealMe profile and the they were just letting people who have written tests push infront of the people in the queue for their photos.

Shocking experience and it’s not the first time, unfortunately. There is a clear “Vehicle Registration” counter with a line in front that is clearly different to the non-vehicle registration line. However, when I approached the lady at the counter and clearly mentioned that I am after vehicle registration only, she was adamant that I have to wait in the other line (which was packed and she was free). 20 minutes later, another couple went straight to the “vehicle registration” counter only to be served by the same lady that told me to wait in the other line (which at that point I still was in and waiting). Unimpressed to say the least.

Went to AA Meadowlands to do my RealMe Photo Verification: upon arriving, joined the queue that wasn't for driver licensing as no signage indicated where RealMe verification occurred. Upon reaching the front of this queue, I was told to join the driver licensing queue, which didn't move in the 20 minutes I stayed after that. Don't waste your time here, what an appalling waste of taxpayer dollars.

Had good service today from Vaneer. I got there around 11am when it wasn't too busy. 2 people on counter. Was there to renew my driver's license and didn't take too long including the eye test and photo.

Worst customer service experience ever! Will never go back to this branch! This 2 stars is giving to the concierge lady who was greeting me from the que and gave me the right form! Very delightful and helpful! However! The Asian lady T at the counter who is very impatient acting like she is the one waiting in the que, instead of me! Please ask her to find a new job if she really hates working here. Otherwise give her proper training. Or is there too much workload? She did her job, but in the way make people truly feel she hates this job. I'm sorry to see this and I'm sure all of the customer can easily feel the same way.

I didn't understand how AA could have a poor rating like this...until i went. The staff dealt with a man who had English as one of his many languages by speaking louder, like a Monty Python sketch A guy dealing with one Customer just started talking across her to another Customer They were rude. "Your not the first foreigner I've dealt with" (said the staff member with an accent) When a customer said "that's not what your website said" they said i know better than the website And two out of the three staff actually serving people had their masks under their noses. Weird that people so keen to tell customers to follow the process don't feel they need to wear masks properly...

It is Covid Alert Level Red and in my opinion this AA did deal with it in a good way. I had to wait for a moment in a queue outside until I was in front of a little booth similar to a restaurant-“wait to be seated”. The AA employee at the entrance desk did first fully focus on the client before me and after completing his enquiry fully focused on me. My request was processed and I was out of the store in no time.

Called at AA Meadowlands yesterday to pay a membership renewal. Waited in line outside for 30 minutes - nobody from AA asked me what I had come for - and when it was my turn to go into the shop I was put in a line where drivers licences are issued. The person in front had their eyes checked, photo taken, documents checked and rechecked and finally they made a payment, and then it was my turn. Paid the AA bill and was on my way. It took me exactly an hour to undertake a 2 minute task. And although a sign at the door said that only 10 persons were allowed in the shop at a time, I counted 18 bodies. AA - you need to manage Covid-19 better.
