★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best decision I could ever made: I don't have to buy water anymore, I have reduced the consumption of soft drinks and other beverages and water is smell free and taste great. The general filter is preserving my washing which is not discolouring or getting ruined anymore and it's way easier to iron. I am sure that the washing machine itself will last longer as well. Great choice and great service from Zac

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pure Hydration installed an in-line filtration system for the mains water and tank water we collect on our roof and use at our vacation home in the Coromandel. The water has always had a minor taste to it, but I’d never thought much about it until I spoke to Pure Hydration. The installation was done promptly and to a high standard and the water immediately tasted pure and refreshing. I just changed the filters for the first time a year after installation and perhaps 10 weeks of people being at the house, and I am truly shocked at how dirty the filters were. We cleaned the roof and the tank when we installed the filtration system, and the filters were still dark brown! To think we used to drink and cook with that water. I will never be without filtered water from now on. Thanks Pure Hydration, great job!

I faced some technical issues when the system was initially installed by another company but Zac came up with a solution and managed to resolve all those issues. Much appreciated! Service reminders are great as well.

Within a week of me contacting Pure Hydration, Zac had identified the various problems we had with water supplies on our rural property, offered a very reasonable quote, and was on-site to sort the issues. He certainly went the extra mile to fix a few other unforeseen challenges that cropped up too. From start to finish, this company are a real pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend Pure Hydration to others.
