★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect waiting time which makes u uncomfortable. They r friendly, yes. Overseas licences conversation, practical test, theory test bookings etc.. can get done there.. But u may get confused with the queue u should stand in for a counter.. I went for a license conversation. I stood in the queue for licencing. But I was asked to move to another queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found out a whole month later my license renewal wasn't even processed. Did it on the 7th of December just to find out it was never sent even though I paid for it. Didn't receive my temporary license because he said "I had my old i.d card" to which nzta on the phone said he was meant to issue me a temporary one with the new license version. Seems to me like the staff are told different procedures and I was taken for a fool. A whole month later. Appalling service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well done ladies. Busy as here but working efficiently and politely. Maybe AA needs to think about having more agencies around to relieve the work for their employees. Maybe they have taken on board previous reviews. Staff member is in the lobby checking that people are in the correct line and have all the correct paperwork. Thanks so much simaima and delmafor your smiles and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we came there it's just 12:35 pm and the staff there said they already closed. . you should put on the website you guys only accommodate until 12:30pm ok. .we are so confuse I have my child with me and it's so hard to get the parking and yet you guys are closed @12:30pm . .as in. . That's so sad you guys. . pls update your hours on the website. . it's should be up to 12:30pm. Not 1pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shirley AA is disappointingly no longer open on a Saturday morning (more people go to Riccarton now) but after reading the reviews there is no way that I’m driving across town to wait for hours in line to be handed a form that should be able to be downloaded. And then line up again!
Sounds like you need more desks and more staff and you’ve known about it for 4 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only AA open on a Saturday with closing time of 1pm. Arrived there at 12.20pm after driving over an hour from out of town, yet lady was not letting anyone in saying we're only serving those who are in the shop. Very poor! In the two minutes spent at the door asking her to purely grab forms, there would've been at least 6 others trying to get in too and frustrated at the early close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff members are very irresponsible. He entered a different name in my license test receipt although he was referring to my passport for like 100 times. As a result, I’m having delays to get my license posted. Still haven’t received it. After waiting for hours in the queue, this is the service we receive! Would never recommend going there! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always the longest wait at any AA branch with only 2 desks open spending at least 20 minutes with every customer when there is at least 20 people waiting. Obviously they havent been reading these reviews as they havent "improved there services" as they say they would in the replies (from 4 years ago!). There needs to be an online service for some of these things, can easily be done!
